1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs refunds for services purchased from VETHEXA Animal Science Pvt. Ltd. (“VETHEXA”, “we”, “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
- Service Types: Monthly packages, one-time projects, and consultation retainers.
- Timeframe: Requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of initial invoice date.
- Usage Threshold: No more than 20% of allocated hours or trials consumed.
- Deliverables: Refunds apply only if core deliverables (reports, trials, campaigns) have not been fully delivered as per Service Order.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable:
- ISO lab testing fees already incurred.
- Ad spend disbursed to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook).
- Setup fees, one-time design or development costs.
- Any taxes, duties, or payment gateway charges.
4. Refund Process
- Submit a written refund request to info@vethexa.com, quoting your invoice number and reason.
- Our team will acknowledge within 3 business days and may request additional information.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email and credit note outlining the refunded amount.
5. Partial Refunds & Credits
In scenarios where partial Services have been delivered:
- We calculate refundable amount based on unused deliverables and remaining service value.
- Clients may opt for a credit note instead of cash refund, valid for 6 months toward future services.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 10 business days before the next billing cycle or project milestone. Failure to provide timely notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s service fees.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any refund disputes not resolved through direct correspondence will be subject to mediation under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, conducted in Meerut, UP.
8. Modifications to Policy
We may update this policy; the “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use indicates acceptance of revisions.
